Make Up Classes

Customers will not receive any compensation or refund for missed classes. Each student is allowed 1 makeup per month. Make-ups must be scheduled after the regular class is missed. Make up classes should be scheduled promptly after missing the class and must be scheduled within 30 days of the date missed. After 30 days, the make up expires and cannot be used. Make up classes must take place during the session in which the class is missed. (Make-ups do not roll over to the next session.) Make-ups may only take place in classes with openings. Make-ups must take place in the level currently enrolled. If there are no options for the student's current level, they may schedule a make-up in a class one level below their current level. Make up classes are not guaranteed. We will do our best to find a class that is suitable, however it is not always possible. If there is not a class that meets your needs, you may redeem your make up for an Open Gym pass. Open gym passes must be picked up at the registration desk within 30 days of the missed class. After 30 days, the make up expires and cannot be redeemed.
