Girls Gymnastics (1st Grade & Up)

Girls 1 Gymnastics: 1st Grade & up (Beginners)
This class is for beginner gymnasts entering 1st grade who are interested in learning the basics. This class will develop strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance using a formal gymnastics curriculum. All women’s Olympic Apparatus (vault, bars, beam and floor) will be used along with trampolines. Correct warm-up, stretching and body positions are introduced and used throughout the program. Students spend an average of 1 year in this level before mastering all the required skills to move up.
Girls 2 Gymnastics: 1st Grade & up with 1+ years experience (Invite Only)
This is the next step after completing our Girls 1 program. (Coach approval required) In this class the gymnast will continue to develop strength, flexibility, coordination and balance while learning more advanced skills. Vault, bars, beam and floor will continue to be utilized as well as trampolines and tumble traks. Students spend an average of 1-2 years in this level before mastering all the required skills to move up.
Girls 3 Gymnastics: 1st Grade & up with 2-3 years experinece (Invite Only)
Coach approval required. Girls 3 gymnasts will most likely have 2-3 years of gymnastics training and have a good foundation of gymnasts skills. Gymnasts will attend class two hours per week in order to increase their time spent practicing each event. Tuition is charged monthly and year round attendance is expected. This class will focus on body awareness, strength, and flexibility. This class is a great stepping stone to our AAU COMPETITIVE TEAM
Girls 4 Gymnastics: 1st Grade & up with 3-4 years experience (Invite Only)
Coach approval required. Girls 4 gymnasts will most likely have 3-4 years of gymnastics training and have good basic gymnastics skills. Gymnasts will attend class twice a week for 1.5 hrs each class in order to increase their time spent practicing each event. Tuition is charged monthly and year round attendance is expected. This class will focus on body awareness, strength, and flexibility. This class is a great stepping stone to our AAU COMPETITIVE TEAM as well as a great class for a student who would like to pursue High School gymnastics.
