COVID-19 UPDATES

COMMUNICATION SENT MARCH 18, 2020:

Dear GymQuest and DanceQuest families,

During this time of uncertainty, we would like to provide some re-assurance and updates to our customers.  First and foremost, we are committed to the health of our customers and staff during this difficult time.

We know many families are dealing with uncertainty and financial hardships.  In light of that, we want you to know that at GymQuest and DanceQuest we will continue to delay our next tuition payment if needed past March 25 until we have gathered more information about when we can safely re-open and resume classes.

In the meantime, we have extended our makeup policy through the end of the year to give ample time to makeup missed classes during March.

As a staff and administration, we are continuing to plan out safe ways students can work on skills and dance technique at home and will provide that to our students soon.  We are taking this time to focus on staff training, building our curriculum and of course cleaning.  If you don’t already, please follow us on Facebook and Instagram sites as we post fun videos and exciting things for our students.

COMMUNICATION SENT MARCH 17, 2020:

Our hearts are heavy right now as we have had to postpone classes for all 3 of our programs: Gymnastics, Dance, and Cheerleading due to hte increasing severity of COVID-19. As always, health of our staff and students are our number on priority.

We are continuing to remain closed at this time and will stay in communication through the rest of the week with any updates or changes.  s we are closed though we are working on ways to get you safe conditioning and workouts and even some virtual classes you can take in place of classes!

We know you can imagine (or may be experiencing personally) the long-term financial complications this presents for small businesses and their employees. We are so very grateful for your continued support and all of the kinds words many of you have sent our way. We all truly miss our students and let’s all get through this difficult time together!

COMMUNICATION SENT FRIDAY, MARCH 13, 2020:

GymQuest and DanceQuest Families,

Beginning Sunday, March 15 GymQuest and DanceQuest will suspend all classes, practices, open gyms, and rehearsals for one week. We plan to return to regular activity on Monday, March 23. We will, of course, continue to monitor the situation and notify customers of any decisions that would delay the return date of March 23.

Your payment for April tuition is scheduled to be collected on March 15. WE WILL BE DELAYING THIS PAYMENT TO MARCH 25. We hope that this additional time will provide us with more information on the state of the spread of this disease and perhaps we will all know more by then regarding our plans to be open or closed and for how long.

You will receive an account credit for recreational classes that would have taken place while our facility is closed. AAU team, Cheer team, DanceQuest Performing Company, and DanceQuest Ballet Theatre practices/rehearsals will be re-scheduled.

As of right now, you have paid tuition through March 30. We will remain open through the end of day Saturday, March 14. While we are open and running classes we urge you to make the right decision for your family about whether or not your child will attend class. If you miss class while we are open, we will work with you to schedule makeups and/or issue open gym passes.

In the meantime we have absolutely stepped up our efforts in cleaning, sanitizing, hand washing, and asking that anyone ill stays home. Our staff will spend the next week continuing to clean our facility as well as take advantage of the time by holding additional staff trainings to further improve our programs.

If you would like to drop enrollment and cancel, please follow procedure by emailing us at info@gymquest.com and we will drop your enrollment as of March 30 and cancel any future billing.

If you wish to hold your spot and wait for more information, do nothing. You will stay enrolled in your class(es) and the charges will sit on your account, not collected. We will be delaying ALL March 15 payment collection to March 25 which gives everyone more time. This means our drop deadline is extended to March 23 so you have more time to make an informed decision about whether or not you would like to attend class in April. We will keep customers informed of any further decisions made by March 25 regarding April payment. We are all taking this one step at a time, day by day.
