Our parties are EXTREME FUN!



Due to the nature of our facility, we have a maximum allowance of 25 participants per party. Every child that enters the gym must have an online account with accepted policies to enter the gym.

How long is a birthday party?
Our birthday parties include 1 hour in the gym and 45 minutes in our party area.
How many guests are allowed?
A MAXIMUM of 25 children between the ages of 6 months and 17 years old are permitted to attend. This will ensure that your party fits comfortably in our party area.
What ages are appropriate for a party?

Our party format is ideal for children ages 3-14 years, however ages 6 months - 17 years are permitted to attend. Children under 6 months old are not permitted to enter the gym under any circumstances. . Children ages 5 & under and children with special needs must have an actively supervising parent or guardian in the gym with them.

What is included?


A party at GymQuest includes:

· 25 children between the ages of 6 months to 17 years old

· 1 hour in the gym and 45 minutes in the party area

· Giant inflatable obstacle course

· Paper products are provided (plates, napkins, forks, and spoons)

· Invitations are available for you to print. If you do not have the ability to print the invitations we will print them for you to pick up for a $5 charge.

· Full refrigerator/freezer, 2 tables for food/gifts, and 4 tables with chairs for seating

· Party attendant who will supervise your party and lead activities in the gym and help with serving food and clean up in the party area

· Birthday child will receive a GymQuest t-shirt

Can I decorate?
Yes we encourage you to bring decorations! We recommend balloons, table covers, themed plates and napkins, or table decorations. We just ask that there is no tape, tacks, or 3M products used as they peel off the paint on the walls. We do not allow piñatas, confetti, silly string, or noise makers. You will have the hour the children are in the gym to decorate your party area.
Is food provided?
Unfortunately we can not provide food. You may bring any family friendly food or beverages you would like to serve (alcohol is not permitted). A full size refrigerator/freezer is available in each party area to store cold items. We highly recommend bringing cupcakes instead of a traditional cake for ease of serving however, if you are bringing in traditional cake please remember to bring a serving knife. Don't forget your candles and a lighter!
Will there be other people in the gym?

The gym is not open to the public during birthday parties. Your party will be the only party in the gym at your scheduled time, but please be aware that this is not a full gym rental. There may be other classes, activities, and/or groups in the facility during your party time. If other activities are going on during your party they will stay in the areas that are off limit to party guests and will not interfere with your party.

Is there a staff person to run the party?
We provide your party with a qualified staff member. The party staff member will stay with your party while in the gym and in the party area. In the gym they will be making sure everyone is staying safe by making sure rules are being followed. Once in the party area they can assist you with your party needs whether it is helping to hand out food or clean up.
Can adults attend/go in the gym?

Adults are more then welcome to attend a birthday party! They can view the action from our viewing and party areas. They will NOT be counted as part of your 25 children, only guests between the ages of 6 months and 17 years old are counted. Please keep in mind that our party areas are designed to accommodate 25 guests.. Adults are not allowed in the gym unless they are actively supervising a child age 5 or under. Adults that are in the gym are NOT ALLOWED TO GO ON ANY EQUIPMENT including (but not limited to) foam pits, trampolines, Tumble Traks, Inflatable, and the Trapeze.

Do I need to pay a deposit to book?
Unfortunately, we do not accept deposits on birthday parties. Full payment is due at the time of booking. Our package costs $275. If you have a child currently enrolled in classes at GymQuest you will receive a $25 discount!
What is the cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel your party you will need to stop in the gym and fill out a refund request. This has to be done at least 3 weeks prior to your party. There is a $10 service charge for refunds. If you need to make changes to your scheduled party within 3 weeks of the scheduled date, we can re-schedule your party for a future date at no charge. There is a $40 rescheduling fee for any changes made within 1 week of your party.
When can I arrive to setup?
We do ask that you arrive NO EARLIER THEN 15 MINUTES PRIOR TO YOUR PARTY TIME. There may be a party in the room before you and the party staff needs to clean the room before your party can set up. During the 15 minutes prior to your party you can greet your guests in the lobby and help get them checked in. We will collect all gifts on a cart and assist you in taking your gifts up to the party area when the children go in the gym. You will have an hour to decorate the party room to your liking while the children are playing.
Do we need to have a waiver filled out?

If you have never visited GymQuest before you need to have a waiver filled out to enter the gym. We do ask that this is done before you arrive for your party. We have switched to electronic waivers which can be done by creating an account. You can do this by clicking here

Do staff members accept tips?
Tipping is not expected, but always appreciated. Our staff is working hard to provide you with a great experience. If you feel they have done an exceptional job, please let us know!
